Yes! Outback Ray has been doing shows in people’s homes for decades! The first floor is preferred as there are multiple trips to load & unload with the animal carriers & stairs can be difficult. As far as cleanliness, every animal is brought out one at a time & handled by Ray. He has full control of his animals & they are never unattended or loose. The animals are potty trained so accidents do not occur.

Outback Ray needs approximately a 5X8 area for him and the animals. The carriers are stackable making it easy to fit into most rooms. The space needed will be determined by the size of the audience. For a small in-home party, the living room is usually perfect! For large groups, a small area in the front of the room with about 10 feet between Ray & the audience is great. This gives him space to move around and call up volunteers.

- Most of the animals are tropical, so when temperatures fall below 60 degrees, shows must be performed indoors. Little space is needed for Outback Ray to set up, making it very convenient to have the show in your home or workplace.
- If temps are above 85 degrees, an air-conditioned space is preferred
- Inclement weather, like rain, hight winds, etc. Everyone’s safety is a priority. Always have a back up plan! If weather is not cooperating, let’s move it inside!

- When temperatures are above a nice 60 degrees or better, outdoor shows are great! Shade needs to be provided for the animals as direct sun can get too hot for them.

Yes! Outback Ray’s Amazing Animal show is very hands-on. All of Ray's animals are captive born and raised by him and his family to ensure the safety of both the animal and the audience. They dedicate countless hours to making sure each animal that is welcomed into their home is given the utmost care, love & attention. This ensures that each animal is comfortable being handled, and confident in its handler. The animals safety, as well as the audience, is very important. Therefore, it is Ray's priority to make sure each animal is trained & ready to be shown months before it's first appearance.

No, there is not a limit to the amount of attendees. Outback Ray has performed for audiences of one as well as well as groups of a thousand+. The average birthday party is usually between 10-30 people, but you can have as many as you would like. Outback Ray’s show is very hands-on, & he does his best to have everyone touch at least one animal for larger events, such as school assemblies and library programs. Smaller events with under 50 attendees are much more hands-on giving a more one on one & personal experience.

There are factors that come into play when choosing the animals that attend the shows, for example, feeding and shedding schedules, but you can always make requests! Outback Ray does his best to make it happen, but when working with live animals, there are no guarantees.

Outback Ray's Amazing Animal Show averages 45 minutes to an hour, but can easily be extended to fit your event. Multiple show discounts are offered for larger groups that would like to break up into smaller groups for a more personal experience.
